Many people do not realize how important are the components in a computer. Almost every computer setup can do almost every job thrown at it, the tricky part when it comes to buying computers is to know what component should be emphasized to suit you and your purpose.

The First Thing You Need To Know : Your Budget

Without knowing your budget, the sky’s the limit.

You need to decide on how much you are willing to part with, say RM 3,000? Then you need to decide whether or not you wish to max out the budget or try minimize the spending? eg, you allow up to RM 3,000 but would prefer to spend as little as possible. That’s actually a better move, personally I would recommend people to spend for what they need.

The Second Thing You Need To Know : Your Purpose

Yup. Which is why you need to know all those details before embarking on a purchase.

It doesn’t matter if it was a desktop PC, or a notebook / netbook /or whatever else – you need to know what you’re going to do with the goods. In fact, knowing what you need is the factor that actually decides between a desktop or a mobile computer. For example, if you need mobility then desktop PC is out of your buying options already.

You need to identify your purpose. If it’s work, what kind of work application are you referring to? Microsoft Office? or some Audio / Video encoding work? If it was games, what games do you play? And are you one who craves graphic details or don’t mind whatever you get as long as you can play the game?

Inside Matters

As you can see. The inside of a computer matters, however the degree of how it affects you really depends on what your purpose is.

For example, getting an “Intel Atom” based computer would give you far weaker performance compared to an “Intel Core i7″ based computer but the “Intel Atom” setup would be less costly to setup and consumes much less power. There’s a setup for every purpose, going “Intel Atom” for video encoding is like getting a super model to do construction work. On the other hand, getting “Intel Core i7″ just for web browsing, replying E-mails and using Microsoft Word would be like getting a body builder to do sewing.

And guess what, the example above is just for the processor part alone! I’ll spare you the details for now as going through every single bit will take ages so I’ll put it in a more simple way – for X amount of money, you could choose which part of the component to allocate most of your budget on so that the computer would be better suited for your purpose. (more details towards the end of the article).

* More details on the Intel Atom – it’s a low power consumption processor, great for low power consumption setup. I’ll be having more reviews on products that uses the Intel Atom processor. See if you can spot them in the coming months.

Being Realistic

You can’t set a low budget to get high performance. It doesn’t work that way.

It’s like saying I don’t wish to spend more than RM 50,000 on a car and that car has to be able to do 250kph on the highway, must have awesome sound insulation, sound system that wakes the neighborhood, has a jacuzzi within and the boot space big enough to rear chicken.

Early Morning get off from square bed, as usual go Bathroom with my "Oral-B" & face cloth. Within my single line eyes open, i hit my wardrobe (haha) -mostly wardrobe change because i hit it too much- next sitting on my Throne(toilet bowl), and look at the same wall, and for many month, just looking at the same spot. Sometimes, I'll look on the floor. And the designs on the floor tiles, I can even draw them out.
Then I suddenly just imagine, that I no more shave for my beard, I think I'll feel very uncomfortable. After all, this beard thing has been a part of me for so many years. No matter how boring or mundane, I still have to shave.
Raining outside.... taking my umbrella and went to Main Street it took about 10~15 minute to walk there, i suggest to take bus. Waiting.. waiting.. couple minute pass NO58 public came, because of raining out side when wind blow (damn cold). But.. the bus never stop and just pass because of full loaded, no more choice i have to take No11 Bus (my leg) to continue my journey. A group of resident walking to Main Street.
Main Street, pass the library having breakfast in Joe BestBurger (having DoubleEgg Burger) then Duane reade get my Gillette Mach3 refill. Rain suddenly stop, i went to GameStop Shop and brought something cool for Daily stuff, my friend is working there so i can get cheaper stuff inside the store. (hope gamestop Manager not view-ing my blog, if not my friend in trouble).

The twister tore off the roof of a Nissan car dealership and left 16 homes with moderate to severe roof damage.

I like performance improvements, you like performance improvements, everyone likes performance improvements; so the official release of the already leaked "Vista Performance and Reliability Patch” will please those of you who held off installing beta versions. Although this isn't the service pack we've been waiting for, it's a step in the right direction.

The patches themselves offer some significant improvements too, astonishingly, performance and reliability, including file transfer speed increases and driver compatibility fixes. While some sources claim not to have seen any improvement, I can personally testify that my overall Vista experience has been greatly less arduous since applying the updates, although admittedly I play a lot of games, a scenario that is specifically listed as being mended. Frankly, you’d have to be mad not to apply these updates, even if you don't think you've had any problems.

Suddenly radio pop up " Jay Chou - Grandma " make me recall the story of my Grandma when i was small. I really respect my Grandma & Grandpa no matter what cause, because i still remember my 1st who bring me step on the Bus to City (Kuala Lumpur). When i was around 5~7 old kid i used to play at my Grandpa house, my parent always go to work and late come back. Time passed very fast i already 23rd year old. My Grandma already pass away cause of Cancer, when i was around 10~12 age i not quite remember.

When i small i really very naughty that you really can't believe, i do kill the chicken of the backyard, jump into the aquarium to play with the gold fish ^^, that time my grandpa so angry about causes all the Gold Fish is dead. After a few scold and (special lesson) i never play with that again, that season i think is the video tape, my Grandma always bring me go to market to get some Tape of (Saint Seiyer) so every time i watch this anime i will recall my Grandma, i still have the tape in my house but i think is spoil or full of dust.

Lucky my Grandpa is still here, i never miss every event of Happy New Year, Chinese New Year, Father Day and even Christmas i will gather up every related on this family to have gathering to celebrate for my Grandpa. I really hate some of my uncle & auntie that i don't want to talk about, we should wear our formal and look smart when gathering not like wearing a home cloth. They never show a respect to older, is not that you cannot to be formal at least u wear a polo shirt not a T-Shirt that look old. They never think about his time will became old, everyone in this world will get old, if i really poor no matter what i will give the best look to my parent to show some respect.

Printing Damages Health More Than Smoking?

According to the Queensland University of Technology, laser printing could pose as great a hazard to your health as smoking. From evidence gathered by testing more than 60 machines, researchers concluded that many printers emit dangerous levels of toner into the air. Almost a third of the tested printers distributed microscopic “toner-like” particles small enough to infiltrate the lungs and potentially cause anything from respiratory discomfort to chronic illness.

Apparently during working hours, the level of these micro-particles rose by up to five times and was therefore attributed to the use of printers. Printing graphics or using new cartridges is said to exacerbate the problem. The group are calling on governments to enforce that warning labels be required on machines and that regulations are set to ensure printers are placed in well ventilated areas. Personally I'm lobbying for a blanket ban on printing in public here in the TR offices.

Taking a leaf out of both Sony’s “added value” and TR’s “lower the price” handbooks, Microsoft has decided to lower the price of its HD DVD player and bundle five free HD DVDs with it as well, an offer which was previously a Toshiba exclusive. While we may be slightly dubious publishing news of a firmware that hasn’t been formally announced by Sony after the last time we succumbed to the allure, this time we know the update to be genuine, as gaming site Kotaku reports it has already hit Japan and the official US PS3 blog has now released some details officially.So what has Sony shoehorned into its console this time? Well starting with the cool, but not really useful, is the ability to eject discs from the XMB menu either from the context menu, or by pressing triangle with the disc selected. Good is the option to change up-scaling and similar settings from within PSOne and PS2 games, and likewise the ability to change video settings from within any game. Far more elegant than the current method which requires exiting to the menu to do this. The last feature worth mentioning is the addition of 'emoticons' to the virtual keyboard. For all the other details, check out the links below.

All this comes after reports that PS3 sales are up after the recent price-cuts, with figures ranging from a 135 to 161 per cent increase depending on where you look. Hopefully Sony itself will furnish us with that information soon. Still, the question I wish to have answered is can Sony really justify claims that people prefer added value to price cuts?

All that remains is for me to sit at my PS3 waiting for the update to hit so that I can keep you posted. All in the interests of reporting the news as it happens of course.

Sony’s new, slimmer, PSP. First up is the inclusion of UMD-cache, which basically means adding in more RAM to the portable console to speed up loading times, not that this is a bad thing of course.

Second on the bill is the long awaited ability to charge the PSP using a standard USB to mini-USB cable, a feature that has been missing far too long in my opinion and will allow owners to transfer files to and from their computers without draining the PSP's battery and therefore having to charge the device during or after doing so.
TV-output of the new PSP pretty well, describing the UMD playback as "fantastic" but warning that games will end up in a box. Adding to this, the slimmer, faster PSP will also feature an incredible 10 hour battery life, over double that of the original unit. Whether these claims translate into real world performance remains to be seen, but if true they could be a real selling point over the currently vastly more popular Nintendo DS.

The movie is based on Robert Cormier's novel by the same name and the script will be adapted by Emil Stern. 9 Hour a Day, 63 Hour a Week, 252 Hour a Month TMNet StreamyX always lag for no reason. 10 Days we pay Monthly fees for no reason. When i call TmNet, they will said do you unplug this and that, restart modem, rounter & something external but they dont know the problem.

Why there will be always 1am ~ 8am the line will be lag ? TmNet must been lock it up or not something making Us Lag. I dare to said that 8am line is really good, dont trust me ? wake up early and try it. Within the hour of 1am - 8am ping will goes 2000+ but after 8am the regen back XD ping will goes to 200+, do you all see the different?

MPSJ is setting the rules of all Cyber Cafe must closed in 1am? because of this? who know....

Saturday has past...
Jog on early in the morning alone, thinking very tired almost faint of just 2 big round.
Look at the time only pass 40+ minute, I already tired till can't even have that kind of energy for the next step for home.
Started to take a rest, take a deep breath, sky getting bright & many uncle auntie step forward exercise with their Tai Chi.
After a few minute i walk home, every uncle & auntie pass and said "Good Morning Young Man" i really shock and faster reply "Hi". Just a little greeting of Morning, make me enough energy to make it HOME.

Tonight i went to Gold Coast located in Sepang, having some seafood there.

This food we call it "LALA" i dont know what english call it, someone know?
Is Delicious and only cost RM12.00 to have it.. not sure why?this food is not enough although how many u eat.

Early in the morning, get up as usual noon time .. in the most bad time my Cousin call me = =" i hate my cell phone ring. The foolish word "are u still sleeping?" the answer is NO, come to Lowyat Plaza now get those something for him.. OMG brush brush wash wash bath bath & clean clean, settle everything. Drive a car 30minute to reach there and spend 1k to get those item. At night all parent call up their priest & princess to have family dinner.
